Cholesterol
This condition is becoming more prevalent in modern day society and is not only affecting adults, but is affecting children as well. Unfortunately, we are our own biggest enemies and the net result is that we are suffering with heart disease, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction, headaches and so much more. The following reasons are why we have elevated cholesterol levels:
· Bad diet, too much fried and processed foods.
· Too much stress.
· Too little basic exercise, eg. 30-40 minute walk 3-4 times per week.
· Don’t drink enough water.
· Smoking cigarettes and elevated levels of alcohol consumption.
Symptoms.
· A pale complexion,
· Yellowish skin tone.
· General tiredness.
· Heart palpitations.
· Difficulty managing your weight.
· Interrupted sleep patterns.
· Unexplained anxiety attacks.
· Headaches.
Treatment.
· Cut out wheat and cane sugar.
· Separate starch and proteins – eg. curry and rice, rather eat curry and veggies.
· Eat according to your blood group, as much as possible.
· Swallow 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic before bed at night. Don’t chew, the consequences may be dire, socially.
· Mix cayenne pepper and Turmeric in warmish and drink twice daily. 1 teaspoon of each…..obtainable at health shops.
· Take a tablespoon of olive per day, lubricates your circulatory system and breaks down cholesterol.
· Avoid too much salt, hardens your arteries and veins.
· Eat raw onions.
· Eat oats, scours your veins.
· Eat grapefruit cleanses your liver, the dustbin of your body.
