Detoxing the liver safely
The liver is the largest single organ in the body besides your skin and has the unique ability to regenerate itself. The liver has a profound affect on the energy levels in the body. If you are constantly tired , it may mean that your liver is toxic. The liver can also influence your sleeping patterns, and if you are experiencing very irregular sleep it could mean that the liver is loaded with toxins. The liver is divided in two lobes and can become toxic simply by the lifestyles we live and it is important to look after it. The liver is the “dustbin” of the body and if is not detoxed, can poison the whole body. Frequent misuse of alcohol can cause hepatitis and with continued abuse of alcohol the liver eventually hardens and that is called cirrhosis, which will kill you because the liver can longer function.
