Garlic is an amazing vegetable, it leaves you with a stinky breath, but the health benefits are worth it. The secret is not to chew the clove of garlic, but to swallow it whole.
- It is an age old antibiotic, will fight any form of infection and flu in the body.
- Garlic strengthens the immune system and cannot be overdosed on.
- It has anti cancer properties and fights flu and cold.
- Garlic works against diabetes.
- It kills parasites in the body,
- fights arthritis
- Eliminates growths.
- It is an anti fungi.
- Garlic decreases body temperature
- IT stimulates heart valves and muscles.
- It relieves blood pressure and is a natural anti-oxidant.
- Garlic stabilises acidity in the stomach as well as conditions the fertility system.
Uses
Peel the garlic cloves and swallow whole to prevent bad breath and losing friends and spouses. If you must chew the garlic eat parsley drink lemon juice or eat an apple.
Garlic Syrup
For Bronchitis, lung conditions, colds and flu.
Peel 8-10 pieces of garlic into a bowl add 8 teaspoons of honey and allow to stand for 36-48 hours.
Children: 1 teaspoon 3 x day.
Adults 3 teaspoons 3 x day.
